Land is Turning around 1st Sign of tide turning for Real Estate

Deric Lipski has noticed that there have been allot more Land sale recently, looking over the past few years of land sales in the south shore are of Massachusetts.  One of the interesting facts is that Land sales are up 19% over the last 4 years , and permits to build are on the rise as well.  Which translates in there is a demand for homes, now its small but it one of those signs you look for when your trying to check the temp. of the market.  Deric Lipski states that in the past few years he has seen more and more builders starting to ask questions about the market again, where to build  and more and more people are calling him asking about new construction.
